Understanding PNP and RTF

PNP (Plug and Play) airplanes come pre-installed with ESC, motor, and servos, but the transmitter, receiver, battery, and charger are not included. RTF (Ready to Fly) airplanes, on the other hand, come with everything necessary for flight, including the transmitter, receiver, battery, and charger, all pre-installed at the factory.

Shipping and Return Policies

RC planes are typically shipped within 1-3 working days after ordering, with US deliveries taking 3-7 working days. If your package is damaged during shipping, we are here to resolve the issue promptly. In the event you receive the wrong product, you will be required to return the incorrect item, and we will ship the correct one once the new, unused product is returned.
