Understanding the Difference: RTF vs. PNP

RTF (Ready-to-Fly) airplanes come with everything necessary for immediate flight, including a transmitter, receiver, battery, and charger, all pre-installed and ready to go. PNP (Plug-and-Play) airplanes, on the other hand, arrive with the power system pre-installed, but the transmitter, receiver, battery, and charger are sold separately.

Shipping and Return Policies: Ensuring Smooth Experiences

RC planes are typically shipped within 1-3 working days after ordering, with US deliveries taking 3-7 working days. In the event of a damaged package or a wrong product received, we're here to assist you promptly. Please have photos of the damaged product and packaging ready, and we'll work to resolve the issue.
